Our unique Recruitment process is well established and developed throughout all levels of Atomic Recruitment from inception to completion. It is customised to meet your specific needs and requirements.


 
Atomic Recruitment’s Code of Ethical Practice
  1. To ensure the client is completely aware of our terms of business before commencing any recruitment brief or referral.
  2. To respect the confidentiality of candidate and client information at all times.
  3. To keep client and candidate details confidential until consent for disclosure has been received.
  4. Not to encourage a candidate at any level to leave a paying client.
  5. To always maintain regular contact with clients and candidates during and after the recruitment process.
  6. Not to keep any client or candidate information that might influence the other’s decision.
  7. To conduct an impartial and professional candidate reference check once receiving permission from both parties prior to offer and acceptance.
  8. To offer clients and candidates objective and professional feedback after any relevant meeting during and after the recruitment process.
