Martin Daffner leads the Asia Pacific R&D organization for TE Connectivity’s Telecom Networks business in Shanghai. He has been building R&D organizations in Asia Pacific for more than 6 years. Mr. Daffner started his Product Development career with Procter & Gamble foe nearly one decade. He is a well sought after speaker and guest lecturer on innovation and leadership in R&D – AmCham HR Conference, Chalmers (Switzerland) Annual Asia R&D Executives program etc.
Vincent Chang serves as Faculty Director of Corporate Relations at University of Michigan – Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute. Dr. Chang has 20+ years of experience teaching microelectronics to over 30,000 engineers and students in Taiwan, US, and China; and published 42 in journals, authored 14 textbooks, and owns numerous patents. He obtained his PhD in Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University and his MBA from University of Southern California Marshal School of Business.
