Responsibilities:
· Make search lists of target companies and candidates;
· Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients;
· In depth analyse and draw the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates;
· Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced;
· Make cold calls to unknown candidates;
· Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor or above;
· 1~3 years working experience;
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Good English in both written & spoken, skilful in computer operation;
· Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure;
· In depth analyse and draw the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates;
· Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
