· 5 years above of digital marketing experience, including marketing communications, social media strategy, online / offline campaign planning and execution, and creative development;
· Solid Digital marketing & social channel experience;
· Solid project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, engage stakeholders, and balance multiple priorities;
· Outstanding communication skills, willing to share ideas and receive feedback in a professional, effective and mature approach;
· Data driven and analytics oriented;
· Cosmetics and related category experience;
· Proficient in Mandarin and English (speak, read and write).
