· Build software technology research team in the Electronic Control Engineering Center;

· Responsible for coordinating the research of standard system, development tools, development methods and software platform of embedded system software;

· Carry out research on standardization of embedded systems, standardization of human-computer interaction, common algorithms and other common technologies of the group;

· Carry out research and promotion of software-related testing technologies, including functional performance testing and white box testing;

· Carry out research on software standardization and modularization related technologies in conjunction with hardware;

· Responsible for the standardization and promotion of modularization of the Group's embedded software;

· Responsible for the promotion and empowerment of development tools and methods, testing tools and methods related to the Group's embedded software;

· Master degree or above in computer, software engineering, electronics, automation or instrumentation related majors;

· More than 10 years of experience in platform-level software (embedded) development, with experience in planning and developing software system architecture for smart home, Internet of Things, robotics and drone platforms preferred;

· Proficient in C and C++ language programming, JAVA, RTOS system/network architecture development, and data structure;

· Proficient in microcontroller or ARM program development, DSP principles and kernel development, familiar with RTOS and LINUX system architecture, with the ability to guide and write code for porting;

· Ability to plan and design program architectures, experience and ability to draft and develop software development specifications and technical standards Can develop technical framework, technical route, technical solution selection for products according to the decomposition of product requirements, organize the development of protocol specifications and functional module development and design;

· Experience in building and managing software teams and technology platforms in large international companies.
