· Manager for application support and maintenance;
· Work as delegation of IT service owner such as mitigating service risk, platform sustainability, service patch etc.;
· Lead 3-4 support teammates as minimum team size, will extend to a full POD depending on the capability and demand
ITIL certificate is preferred.
