· According to the group's medium and long-term development strategy, coordinate the group's procurement management, develop and optimize the procurement management system;
· Establish and optimize the supplier management system, integrate supplier resources and procurement channels, and improve efficiency;
· Develop reasonable procurement plan, improve the business ability of procurement department, reduce procurement cost and improve efficiency;
· Supervise the negotiation, contracting and contract delivery execution of major procurement projects, and control the progress, delivery, quality, cost and risk of the projects;
· Manage external suppliers, maintaining and enhancing good relationships with external suppliers and relevant authorities;
· Responsible for the management of procurement team personnel and enhancing the degree of coordination between departments.
